Customer returns and mystery selections
The collection consists of customer returns boxes. Contents and condition can vary. Specific items, brands, retail values or resale profits are not guaranteed unless an individual listing expressly states otherwise. Images may illustrate the box format and do not guarantee the individual items in your order.
Prices and ordering
Prices are displayed in your selected currency. Review the cart, delivery details and final total at checkout before submitting payment. Use accurate contact and address information so that we can process your order.
Delivery
Orders ship from China to the United Kingdom and Germany with free delivery. Estimated delivery is 10–15 days. Transit and customs delays may affect the delivery timeframe. See the delivery information for more details.
Returns and order issues
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order without giving a reason. Contact us for the full mailing address and return instructions. See returns & refunds. Contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, faulty or different from its description.
