Choose the Medium Customer Returns Box for a parcel-sized mystery selection. Individual contents cannot be chosen, and specific brands, devices, retail values or resale profits are not guaranteed.

Contents and condition

Customer returns differ from sealed, brand-new retail goods. Packaging, accessories and condition may vary, and items may show signs of handling or use. Images illustrate the box format rather than guaranteeing the contents of an individual order.

Delivery

Orders ship from China. Delivery to the United Kingdom and Germany is free, with an estimated delivery time of 10–15 days. Transit or customs delays may affect the timeframe.

Returns and support

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Email gkk-28@qq.com with your order number for help and return instructions.
