Information Used for Shopping

When you place an order or create an account, the store processes information such as your name, contact details, delivery and billing addresses, cart contents and order records. Information you send by email is used to respond to your request.

Payments and Service Providers

PayPal processes payments when you choose it at checkout. Payment information provided directly to PayPal is handled under PayPal’s privacy information. The storefront uses WordPress and WooCommerce and is hosted by Hostinger. Relevant order and delivery information is used to fulfil orders and provide support.

Cookies and Preferences

The website uses cookies or similar storage for essential store functions, including the shopping cart, account session and selected currency or language. These help the store remember your choices as you move between pages. Non-essential marketing features are not enabled by the Myboxjoy theme.

Access, Correction and Other Requests

You can review account details under My Account. For other information requests, contact the email address above. Order and support information is retained as needed for fulfilment, support and applicable record-keeping requirements.

Contact Forms and Optional Offers

When you submit the contact form, we use your name, email address, enquiry details and any order number to reply. Your message is emailed to our customer support inbox and saved in our restricted WordPress administration area. The form also uses technical checks to limit spam.

The offers checkbox is optional and is not selected by default. If you choose it, we record your request to receive occasional offers by email. You can withdraw this request or ask about your saved message by emailing gkk-28@qq.com. Sending a support enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to offers.
