What is the difference between the two boxes?<\/summary>\r\n

Both the Mystery Box<\/a> and the Returns Pallet<\/a> contain 5 brand-new electronic products. The Mystery Box is a surprise electronics selection. The Returns Pallet brings the pallet-shopping concept into a small box; you do not receive or need to buy a full pallet.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<\/details>\r\n\r\n\r\n

How many products are in a box?<\/summary>\r\n

Every box contains exactly 5 electronic products. Quantity 1 means one box with 5 products; quantity 2 means two boxes with 10 products in total. There are no size options.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<\/details>\r\n\r\n\r\n

Are the products new?<\/summary>\r\n

Yes. Both products contain brand-new electronic products.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<\/details>\r\n\r\n\r\n

Can I choose the items or brands?<\/summary>\r\n

No. The items and brands are a surprise and vary between boxes. Specific devices, brands, retail values or resale profits are not guaranteed. Images are illustrative and do not show the exact contents of every order.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<\/details>\r\n\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n

How do I place an order?<\/summary>\r\n

Choose one of our two products, select the number of boxes and add them to your cart. Enter your full delivery address and postcode, then review the selected currency and total before paying. Keep your order confirmation and order number for future enquiries.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<\/details>\r\n\r\n\r\n

Where do you deliver, and what does delivery cost?<\/summary>\r\n

We offer free delivery to the United Kingdom and Germany. Final delivery is handled by local carriers, such as DHL or Royal Mail, depending on the destination and service. See Delivery Information<\/a> for details.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<\/details>\r\n\r\n\r\n

How long does delivery take?<\/summary>\r\n

Which currencies can I use?<\/summary>\r\n
